Mindfulness

There was a time when I thought I would become a Buddhist monk and spend the rest of my life in quiet contemplation - then I came to my senses. I was confusing the effectiveness of Buddhist meditation and mindfulness with the attraction of the saffron robes and the smell of the incense.
While I would no longer call myself a Buddhist, my years of training in meditation and mindfulness with the Western Buddhist Order have been of great benefit to me and many of my clients find that improving their mindfulness has a positive impact on their life.
