No problem. Therapy can be very effective when carried out remotely. My preference is via Zoom which is similar to Skype but has the advantage that it is encrypted and therefore more confidential and secure. There is also the good old-fashioned telephone which some of you may prefer and which can be very effective. Have a think about it. And if you would like to give it a go, get in touch. If you decide that you would like to try working together via Zoom, we can arrange a time when I can call and talk you through setting it up. We can then establish a link and test it out. This should only take about 10 or 15 minutes at the most.
